UFIT LEVEL 2: UFit Level 2 testing began last week and will continue! Please talk to your trainers if you have missed any testing days or would like to start testing for Level 1.

The UFit program at Unified Crossfit was born of an idea by Unified Crossfit founders Noel and Sabrina Scott to keep both members and coaches accountable to each other. UFit is a three-level standard of fitness. Each of the three levels is defined by proficiency in 15 differing exercises that touch on areas of fitness commonly accepted by the Crossfit community. Some of these include, power, strength, balance, speed, flexibility, agility and cardio and respiratory function. Successfully completing the UFit program requires passing all 45 tests and likely places candidates in the top 10% of all Crossfit athletes worldwide. At Unifed Crossfit it is our sincere goal to keep pushing our client athletes to be the best they can be: To be UFit!
